Not so Happy Days

Four of the actors from the television show "Happy Days" (plus the estate of Tom Bosley) are suing CBS (which owns the show for some reason--it aired on ABC) for merchandising profits.

Those products includes comic books, t-shirts, scrapbooks, trading cards, games, lunch boxes, dolls, toy cars, magnets, greeting cards and DVDs where their images appear on the box covers.

Click on the link and check out the picture of modern day Potsie, Ralph Malph, Marion, and Joanie. Is it just me, or does Marion Ross look like the youngest one now?

Also, I couldn't help but notice that Richie (Ron Howard) and Fonzie (Henry Winkler) are not part of the lawsuit. I wonder why.
