Parkour in nature

Maybe the coolest freerunning video I've seen:
Red Bull relocated four of the world's top free runners from their urban turf to the place where parkour got its start: the great outdoors.

Obstacles abound as far as the eye can see along the turquoise waters and elephant sized rocks of the Verzasca Valley in Switzerland - making it the perfect parkour playground.
My favorite in the video has to be Yoann "Zephyr" Leroux:

Video of the Red Bull Motown Swoop - - skydivers swoop toward the ground as if they're going to crash, and then pull up at the last moment to glide long distances horizontally.

Last night's episode of Raw

Last night's episode of Raw was the first time I really enjoyed the WWE since Lesnar quit. (Ladies, my wife, who didn't grow up watching wrestling, loved it too.)

It's one wild stunt after another in this match between Sin Cara and Evan Bourne (you can skip the first three minutes):

And here's one of CM Punk's compelling speeches, in which he rips the WWE and Vince McMahon and The Rock:

And the earlier battle of words with Shawn Michaels (there to promote his new show for the Outdoor Network). CM Punk absolutely dominates the arena:

Red Bull Kitesurfing

Beautiful scenery, although conditions were too difficult for stunts:
Gisela Pulido kiteboards one of the world's natural wonders, the 12 apostles. Located in the Port Campbell National Park, the Twelve Apostles are a group of eight limestone stacks that jut out of the water up to 150 feet. The area is known for having steady winds and rough seas which provide quite the challenge for Gisela as she boards between the stacks and the cliffs that line the beach.
