Fergie's Black Billboard Awards Look

A bold look from Fergie, and one on the little fetishy side, as she attended the 2011 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.

Fergie's dress, featuring a cut-outs,  a leather harness and wide peplum skirt, came from Herve Leger.

She accessorized with a fringed skull box clutch from Alexander McQueen and the tall Christian Louboutin "Dafodil" platform pumps that are loved by Kim Kardashian. 

A thick slick of black eye make-up completed her look.

Frederique Bal in Herve Leger

Out on the red carpet again, French actress Frederique Bel was in Herve Leger at the Cannes Film Festival premiere of The Artist.

The fringed red Herve Leger dress in from the Resort 2011 and another peachy fringed number from the designer was recently seen on Fergie.
